Classe A Futebol Clube's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Ricciardo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Frederico Bertassi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Paul Danielsson kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. In the 12th minute Fellipe Cosme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sérgio Perez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Diego Ribas could shoot a difficult shot in the 14th minute, which Frederico Bertassi however easily saved by the left post. Sebastian Vettel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Classe A Futebol Clube were awarded a corner in the 24th minute after GynBsb's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Pierre Gasly took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Sebastian Vettel heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. 27 minutes into the match, GynBsb's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Vettel came free, but Frederico Bertassi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Frederico Bertassi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego Ribas in the 28th minute of play. In the 30thth minute of the game Diego Ribas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GynBsb's Frederico Bertassi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vivaldo Fernandes in the 36th minute of play forced Classe A Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Sérgio Perez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36th minute, Vivaldo Fernandes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sérgio Perez was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Frederico Bertassi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Ricciardo in the 45th minute. If Sebastian Vettel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vivaldo Fernandes made a kick off. In the 55th match minute, Classe A Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lewis Hamilton to maneuver through the defense. GynBsb's Jeremias Cerezo was substituted for Tiso Posse. The supporters of GynBsb booed when Classe A Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paul Danielsson in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sérgio Perez saved Classe A Futebol Clube from getting behind. In the 68thth minute of the game Diego Ribas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GynBsb's Frederico Bertassi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Diego Ribas in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Frederico Bertassi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Frederico Bertassi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Diego Ribas's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. Classe A Futebol Clube's Sérgio Perez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vivaldo Fernandes in the 76th minute of play. Frederico Bertassi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diego Ribas in the 77th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Classe A Futebol Clube's Niclas Samuelsson got a free kick in the 87th minute. 89 minutes into the match, Classe A Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Sérgio Perez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paul Danielsson. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 92nd minute of the game. One of GynBsb:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Classe A Futebol Clube:s goal. GynBsb:s Frederico Bertassi showed great skill when he stopped Daniel Ricciardo:s penalty. Diego Ribas might have been able to make a better finish in the 97th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Frederico Bertassi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Diego Ribas ran back to his position shaking his head. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. GynBsb walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
