Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gernando Azevedo took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute, Roman Quexal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Várzea F.C.'s Delmiro Licerio got a free kick in the 4th minute. Ruy Montenegro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jude Monkhouse, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jude Monkhouse struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Ruy Montenegro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Várzea F.C.. Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's Ruy Montenegro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jude Monkhouse in the 21st minute of play. Jude Monkhouse might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ruy Montenegro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jude Monkhouse ran back to his position shaking his head. Ruy Montenegro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jude Monkhouse in the 26th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the match, Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Jude Monkhouse came free, but Ruy Montenegro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ruy Montenegro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jude Monkhouse, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jude Monkhouse recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gustavo Scarpa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Augusto Quintal having to interfere. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Ruy Montenegro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jude Monkhouse made a kick off. After having played for 51 minutes, Jude Monkhouse managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Várzea F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Jude Monkhouse was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 55 minutes of play, Várzea F.C.'s Jude Monkhouse made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ruy Montenegro was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Gernando Azevedo in the 58th minute of play forced Várzea F.C.'s goalkeeper Carlos Augusto Quintal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jude Monkhouse in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ruy Montenegro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 61 minutes into the game, Jude Monkhouse cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Ruy Montenegro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roman Quexal in the 71st minute of play forced Várzea F.C.'s goalkeeper Carlos Augusto Quintal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A throw-in in the 75th minute of the game was made by Gustavo Scarpa with Arjen Robben as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. 78 minutes into the match, Dé Montenegro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ruy Montenegro. Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dé Montenegro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's Hayrullah Özgun was substituted for Fortunato Froněk. Ruy Montenegro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dé Montenegro went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Ruy Montenegro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dé Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
