The crowd rose to their feet as Igor Cavalera kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Daniel Anaya. That made the score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. Lobo Guará's Daniel Anaya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Cavalera in the 21st minute of play. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Ezequiel Pereira put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Alysson Rezende. Daniel Anaya made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Igor Cavalera sent off a good shot on target. Ogro F.C.'s Alysson Rezende played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ezequiel Pereira in the 34th minute of play. Ezequiel Pereira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alysson Rezende read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. Nando Barbosa made a great header on Lobo Guará's corner, it was just that Ogro F.C.'s Alysson Rezende managed to reach the ball for a save. 39 minutes into the match, Lobo Guará's goalkeeper Daniel Anaya had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Igor Cavalera. Ogro F.C. were awarded a corner in the 41th minute after Lobo Guará's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jerônimo Vergílio took the corner. 42 minutes into the match, Ogro F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Ezequiel Pereira came free, but Alysson Rezende reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 48 minutes, Ezequiel Pereira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lobo Guará's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ezequiel Pereira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Igor Cavalera to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Ezequiel Pereira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Alysson Rezende was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 63rd minute, Jerônimo Vergílio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lobo Guará made a substitution. Ciro de Moraes replaced Ezequiel Pereira. Lobo Guará made a substitution. Willian Caca-Rato replaced Berker Başhekim. The supporters of Lobo Guará booed when Ogro F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jerônimo Vergílio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alysson Rezende showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciro de Moraes, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Alysson Rezende came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Lobo Guará's Ciro de Moraes. But to his dismay, Ciro de Moraes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Ciro de Moraes who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 86thth minute tested the skills of Alysson Rezende when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Daniel Anaya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Minnemann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Marco Minnemann's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Daniel Anaya was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. 93 minutes into the match, Lobo Guará's Ciro de Moraes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alysson Rezende narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Daniel Anaya came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Ogro F.C.'s Marco Minnemann. But to his dismay, Marco Minnemann quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Lobo Guará played a much better game than Ogro F.C. and deserved their victory. The Ogro F.C. players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
