CSyD Estrella de Boedo's Mariano Rencio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save CSyD Estrella de Boedo from getting a goal against them. Mariano Rencio stood somewhat misplaced when Enzo Turi came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 21 minute. If Modesto Baraquiel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 25 minutes into the game, Uriel Felo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CSyD Estrella de Boedo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ticosis FC the free kick. A collision led to CSyD Estrella de Boedo getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Uriel Felo hit a great ball. Modesto Baraquiel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mariano Rencio having to make a save. A collision led to Ticosis FC getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Ladislao Frederico hit a great ball. Modesto Baraquiel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Mariano Rencio made a huge save. A hard shot 39 in the game by Enzo Turi from a close distance when the talented Mariano Rencio managed to make a qualified save. CSyD Estrella de Boedo's players were relieved.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Enzo Turi to make the kick off. The throw-in from Edelmiro Urdaspal in the 53rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Ticosis FC's Jacinto Dantel. Modesto Baraquiel struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Mariano Rencio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ticosis FC. 57 minutes into the match, CSyD Estrella de Boedo's goal looked a bit too open when Enzo Turi came free, but Mariano Rencio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of CSyD Estrella de Boedo booed when Ticosis FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Munio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Horacio Oalo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 64thth minute of the game Enzo Turi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CSyD Estrella de Boedo's Mariano Rencio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, CSyD Estrella de Boedo's Constantino Bernabel got a free kick in the 64th minute. Modesto Baraquiel struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Mariano Rencio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ticosis FC. In the 73rd minute, Modesto Baraquiel made a precise shot to the right of Mariano Rencio. CSyD Estrella de Boedo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. In the 76th minute of the match, Horacio Oalo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Cipriano Lucado saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. CSyD Estrella de Boedo's Mariano Rencio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enzo Turi in the 90th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Modesto Baraquiel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ticosis FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Modesto Baraquiel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mariano Rencio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
