After the first half Palominos were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Feliciano Estebe made a kick off. After 82 played minutes Palominos got a freekick which was hit by Cayetano Belarmo. When the match had gone on for 84 minutes, Feliciano Estebe took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Ramon Feliu to make any attempt to save it. The Palominos supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Palominos would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
