Generoso Astudillo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leopoldo Otero was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Alejandro Quinton. Felix Dubardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Felix Dubardo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nazareno FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Felix Dubardo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mario Elixio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Leopoldo Otero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Abarca in the 19th minute of play. Nemesio Benitez hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. In the 22nd minute of the match, Victor Abarca tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Leopoldo Otero saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Leopoldo Otero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elias Lizbeth in the 24th minute of the match. Nemesio Benitez received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Leopoldo Otero came out and tried to block the shot, but Nemesio Benitez slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 34th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bonifacio Mendiko got free with Leopoldo Otero in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Leopoldo Otero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elias Lizbeth in the 45th minute of the match. 47 minutes into the match, Nazareno FC's goalkeeper Leopoldo Otero had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bonifacio Mendiko.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Felix Dubardo was the one to do the kick off. Leopoldo Otero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victor Abarca, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Elias Lizbeth took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leopoldo Otero. Leopoldo Otero dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Leopoldo Otero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Abarca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leopoldo Otero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nemesio Benitez in the 72nd minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elias Lizbeth during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 77th minute Victor Abarca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leopoldo Otero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 79th minute, Jaime Quintyn fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Felix Dubardo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Mario Elixio made a huge save. 83 minutes into the match, Nazareno FC's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Abarca came free, but Leopoldo Otero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leopoldo Otero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bonifacio Mendiko in the 84th minute of the match.
