In the 13th match minute, Boca Juniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teo Otsando to maneuver through the defense. Desiderio Camerino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ruben Ortle charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ruben Ortle the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 18th minute of the game. One of Fondo FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Boca Juniors:s goal. Alvaro Suarez hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. In the 24th minute, Armando Felipillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Fondo FC's Patricio Paz got control of the ball when Luisito Arano tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Reynaldo Rocendo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fondo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Reynaldo Rocendo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wilhelm Morczinietz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Fondo FC defense, Fausto Timo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Patricio Paz. The Fondo FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Patricio Paz should have stopped the shot. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fausto Timo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 51 minutes, Reynaldo Rocendo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fondo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Reynaldo Rocendo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 54thth minute of the game Reynaldo Rocendo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Boca Juniors's Wilhelm Morczinietz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fondo FC's attentive Armando Felipillo managed to snatch the ball when Everardo Malvin made a throw-in in the 56th minute of the game. In the 57th minute Reynaldo Rocendo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilhelm Morczinietz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Boca Juniors's Wilhelm Morczinietz got control of the ball when Desiderio Camerino tried to sneak it across the goal line. Reynaldo Rocendo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Fondo FC getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Began Perzivović hit a great ball.
