Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Aurelio Eguen kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the game, Aurelio Eguen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Ceferino Niguel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 7th minute, Gustavo Urko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ceferino Niguel came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Carabelas's Aurelio Eguen. But to his dismay, Aurelio Eguen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. If Adan Abad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Niceto Montrel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidro Txerran in the 21st minute of play. Roberto Vellito kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Ceferino Niguel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aurelio Eguen, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. In the 35th match minute, Espinillo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benigno Larra to maneuver through the defense. After 37th play minutes Aurelio Eguen shot 4-0, a short shot which went by Ceferino Niguel and just under the crossbar into goal. Espinillo AFC's Ceferino Niguel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Espinillo AFC from getting a goal against them. If Aurelio Eguen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aurelio Eguen in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ceferino Niguel saved Espinillo AFC from getting behind. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mauricio Christobal to make the kick off. Ceferino Niguel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernan Jaen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Espinillo AFC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Benedicto Brun hit a great ball. Niceto Montrel made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Mauricio Christobal sent off a good shot on target. Aurelio Eguen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 64th minute of the match Eugenio Donio shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ceferino Niguel showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Aurelio Eguen took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ceferino Niguel. Ceferino Niguel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Ceferino Niguel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aurelio Eguen in the 69th minute of play. In the 71st minute Aurelio Eguen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ceferino Niguel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fernan Jaen might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ceferino Niguel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fernan Jaen ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Espinillo AFC's zone, Aurelio Eguen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ceferino Niguel came out of the goal and Aurelio Eguen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 78 minutes, Fernan Jaen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carabelas and the Espinillo AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Carabelas's Fernan Jaen got a free kick in the 78th minute. 80 minutes into the match, Espinillo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Aurelio Eguen came free, but Ceferino Niguel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Espinillo AFC's Isidro Txerran got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aurelio Eguen in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ceferino Niguel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 91 minutes into the match, Fernan Jaen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ceferino Niguel. Espinillo AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fernan Jaen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Adan Abad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee ended the match the Carabelas players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
