Blas Urtun made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. When Atilano Mino came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Alejito F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Atilano Mino couldn't finish the play. Hnos. Macoco FC's Felix Vargas was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 20th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After some careless play in the Hnos. Macoco FC defense, Atilano Mino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Blas Urtun. The Hnos. Macoco FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Blas Urtun should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Felix Vargas during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 38th minute, Felix Vargas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paulino Salbatore in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Blas Urtun saved Hnos. Macoco FC from getting behind. Pablo Laurin made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Felix Vargas sent off a good shot on target. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Felix Vargas was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Alejito F.C getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Uriel Joachim hit a great ball. In the 54thth minute of the game Felix Vargas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Alejito F.C's Pablo Laurin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 57 played minutes Hnos. Macoco FC got a freekick which was hit by Bernabe Diaz. Bernabe Diaz hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Atilano Mino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Felix Vargas got his second yellow card in the match during the 63rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of Alejito F.C booed when Hnos. Macoco FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oscar Maxin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fernando Osmundo was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 80th minute. Alejito F.C's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Atilano Mino received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Blas Urtun came out and tried to block the shot, but Atilano Mino slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 82nd minute. Hnos. Macoco FC's Carolo Abad got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 91 played minutes Alejito F.C got a freekick which was hit by Delmar Eli. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Alejito F.C walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
