Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) 6 minutes into the match, Soconcho AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Romulo Alvarez came free, but Alvaro Bastian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Soconcho AFC's Alvaro Bastian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moises Tabby in the 12th minute of play. Armando Aztore hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Alvaro Bastian came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Palmitas's Santo Hodei. But to his dismay, Santo Hodei quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 25th minute, Mauricio Galsino made a precise shot to the right of Alvaro Bastian. Soconcho AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Alvaro Bastian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaston Sayveon, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. In the 30th minute Mauricio Galsino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvaro Bastian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marco Javiar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Denis Isauro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 34 minutes into the match, Palmitas's goal looked a bit too open when Ubaldo Bernaldo came free, but Denis Isauro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Jorge Santos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alvaro Bastian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabio Michael, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. 45 minutes into the match, Soconcho AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Romulo Alvarez came free, but Alvaro Bastian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicanor Adrio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mauricio Galsino was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ubaldo Bernaldo in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Denis Isauro saved Palmitas from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Nicanor Adrio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Denis Isauro was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. Alvaro Bastian made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Santo Hodei sent off a good shot on target. Romulo Alvarez received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Alvaro Bastian came out and tried to block the shot, but Romulo Alvarez slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 58th minute. Gaston Sayveon struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Alvaro Bastian didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Palmitas. After some careless play in the Soconcho AFC defense, Romulo Alvarez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alvaro Bastian. The Soconcho AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alvaro Bastian should have stopped the shot. Fabio Michael's shot from long distance in the 81st minute was not bad at all, but Soconcho AFC's Alvaro Bastian knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. After 87 minutes of play, Palmitas's Romulo Alvarez made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alvaro Bastian was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 93rd minute, Marco Javiar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alvaro Bastian stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mauricio Galsino's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. Palmitas played a much better game than Soconcho AFC and deserved their victory. The Soconcho AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
