Fermin Firme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rosendo Iban, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Feliciano Ovando made in the 21st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Chen Xi Song. In the 26th minute Ildefonso Joey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rene Adler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Rene Adler managed to avoid a goal in the 33rdth minute, when Udaquiola AFC's Ildefonso Joey fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Rene Adler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hipolito Feo, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Rosendo Iban received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Fermin Firme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 40th match minute, Argentinos AS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baldomero Nisio to maneuver through the defense. Argentinos AS's Rene Adler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filiberto Natanael in the 47th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ildefonso Joey to make the kick off. Baldomero Nisio charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rosendo Iban got free with Fermin Firme in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Teodosio Larra charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teodosio Larra the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 71st minute, Teodosio Larra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 74 minutes into the match, Argentinos AS's Rosendo Iban sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fermin Firme narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Chen Xi Song had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teodosio Larra was shown his second yellow card after 85 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match.
