Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Christian Rubio got the match started through his kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Christian Rubio in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oscar Marino saved Alumni V.M from getting behind. Fabian Sandaili showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simon Acosta in the 5th minute of the match. A collision led to Cochequi AFC getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Elias Juvenal hit a great ball. Nereo Sadurni kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Simon Acosta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match clock showed 15 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Herminio Navarro sped through Alumni V.M's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Oscar Marino. Christian Rubio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oscar Marino having to interfere. In the 21st match minute, Cochequi AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elias Juvenal to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Christian Rubio in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oscar Marino saved Alumni V.M from getting behind. Christian Rubio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Oscar Marino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 27thth minute of the game Simon Acosta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cochequi AFC's Fabian Sandaili was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Christian Rubio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Christian Rubio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Oscar Marino was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. In the 34th minute, Laureano Rioja hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 38 played minutes Alumni V.M got a freekick which was hit by Basilio Joseph. When the match clock showed 42 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Herminio Navarro sped through Alumni V.M's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Oscar Marino. The attack was good, but when Simon Acosta in the 47th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Simon Acosta to strike the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes had been played when some careless play by Cochequi AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Norberto Ostargi was slow to take the kick. During this time Alumni V.M's players had a chance to rest. Alumni V.M's Norberto Ostargi was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Fabian Sandaili in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With a little luck, Alumni V.M's Oscar Marino got control of the ball when Herminio Navarro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Oscar Marino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Rubio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Herminio Navarro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Oscar Marino made a huge save. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Cochequi AFC's goalkeeper Fabian Sandaili, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 74 minutes into the match, Cochequi AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Simon Acosta came free, but Fabian Sandaili reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabian Sandaili made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Faustino Tristan in the 75th minute of play. Oscar Marino made an important save on a dangerous shot by Herminio Navarro in the 77th minute. With his leg Oscar Marino managed to avoid a goal in the 84thth minute, when Cochequi AFC's Herminio Navarro fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Alumni V.M's Oscar Marino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Rubio in the 94th minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Cochequi AFC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
