Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Horacio Millrick took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Sunampa's zone, Augusto Romo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anselmo Vasco came out of the goal and Augusto Romo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Horacio Iyan fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sunampa's protests and gave Horacio Iyan a yellow card for diving instead. Horacio Iyan kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Sunampa's zone, Gerardo Nesto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anselmo Vasco came out of the goal and Gerardo Nesto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A hard shot 24 in the game by Conrado Felo from a close distance when the talented Eliseo Garoa managed to make a qualified save. Ñacuñán's players were relieved. A collision led to Sunampa getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Fernan Toribio hit a great ball. In the 33rd minute, Daniel Meder had to leave the field with a concussion. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alfonso Locaio during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Anselmo Vasco didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gerardo Nesto went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 40th minute, Bruno Rumaldo made a precise shot to the right of Anselmo Vasco. Sunampa's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After the first half Ñacuñán were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Augusto Romo was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Sunampa's Anselmo Vasco got control of the ball when Rolando Felo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Anselmo Vasco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augusto Romo in the 60th minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Bruno Rumaldo fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Anselmo Vasco, passed just outside the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gerardo Nesto got free with Anselmo Vasco in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gerardo Nesto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Sunampa getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Leo Salvator hit a great ball. Eliseo Garoa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Conrado Felo in the 74th minute of play. Ñacuñán's Eliseo Garoa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Conrado Felo in the 78th minute of play. Anselmo Vasco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augusto Romo, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. The supporters of Sunampa booed when Ñacuñán was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruno Rumaldo didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horacio Millrick in the 92nd minute of play forced Ñacuñán's goalkeeper Eliseo Garoa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Horacio Millrick received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Eliseo Garoa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Ñacuñán players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
