Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Segundo Gustau made the kick off which started today's match. Vinicio Nesor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Paz having to interfere. In the 13th minute Segundo Gustau shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Paz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Trejos FC's Isidro Osasun got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 18 minutes into the match, Isidro Osasun had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tomas Luken. Escobar's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Isidro Osasun was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 21st minute, Isidro Osasun made a precise shot to the right of Tomas Luken. Escobar's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. In the 24th match minute, Escobar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clemente Cuartio to maneuver through the defense. If Christian Lucero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Through an outstanding action, after 29 minutes, Pedro Paz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Justino Montrell took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tomas Luken. Tomas Luken dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. 38 minutes into the match, Escobar's goal looked a bit too open when Isidro Osasun came free, but Tomas Luken reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erasmo Euloxu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Erasmo Euloxu struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Tomas Luken didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Trejos FC. Angelino Herena took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Paz. Pedro Paz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Isidro Osasun to make the kick off. With his leg Tomas Luken managed to avoid a goal in the 53rdth minute, when Trejos FC's Isidro Osasun fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After having played for 54 minutes, Erasmo Euloxu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Trejos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erasmo Euloxu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 57th match minute, Escobar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andres Crescencio to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rolando Otsoa during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 63 played minutes Trejos FC got a freekick which was hit by Erasmo Euloxu. After having played for 64 minutes, Romeo Casomiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Escobar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Romeo Casomiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 66 minutes into the match, Escobar's goal looked a bit too open when Isidro Osasun came free, but Tomas Luken reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidro Osasun in the 70th minute of play forced Escobar's goalkeeper Tomas Luken to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Trejos FC booed when Escobar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Epifanio Cordario didn't get a good kick on the ball. Isidro Osasun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Erasmo Euloxu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Isidro Osasun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Escobar booed when Trejos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mateo Arotza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pedro Paz came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Escobar's Angelino Herena. But to his dismay, Angelino Herena quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-5. 85 minutes into the game, Isidro Osasun cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-6. Tomas Luken was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Trejos FC's Nunez Savion shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 91st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Tomas Luken but with some difficulty. In the 92ndth minute of the game Isidro Osasun who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Escobar's Tomas Luken was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Trejos FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Paulo Brais in the 94th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isidro Osasun in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tomas Luken prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Trejos FC played a much better game than Escobar and deserved their victory. The Escobar players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
