In the 32nd minute Roberto Guillelmus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anibal Lorenzi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anibal Lorenzi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaudencio Frichoso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Tacañitas's zone, Csongor Dankó stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Prudencio Jakobe came out of the goal and Csongor Dankó tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tadeo Pirmin charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tadeo Pirmin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 42nd minute, one of Tacañitas:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Tacañitas. In the 48th match minute, Maco FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgardo Ibañez to maneuver through the defense.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Csongor Dankó was the one to do the kick off. Maco FC's Anibal Lorenzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evaristo Javiar in the 52nd minute of play. Anibal Lorenzi made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Gaudencio Frichoso sent off a good shot on target. After 55 played minutes Maco FC got a freekick which was hit by Bernabe Peru. Evaristo Javiar kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. If Roberto Guillelmus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute.
