Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Holmberg's Faustino Karmel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Lorien in the 3rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Holmberg's Godfredo Umbruso got a free kick in the 5th minute. La Máquina de River FC's Godfredo Mouricio shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 6th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Faustino Karmel but with some difficulty. After having played for 12 minutes, Domingo Hermelando managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Holmberg's supporters crossed their fingers, but Domingo Hermelando was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Julian Lorien fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Faustino Karmel having to interfere. In the 14th match minute, Holmberg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lisandro Chayo to maneuver through the defense. If Narciso Galo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 23rd minute, Emilio Dolfo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. La Máquina de River FC's Narciso Galo got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Holmberg's Domingo Hermelando in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye La Máquina de River FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 33rd minute Narciso Galo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Faustino Karmel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in La Máquina de River FC's zone, Domingo Hermelando stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erkut Hüdayioğlu came out of the goal and Domingo Hermelando tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Domingo Hermelando in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Erkut Hüdayioğlu saved La Máquina de River FC from getting behind. Erkut Hüdayioğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elias Bermund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Faustino Karmel made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Narciso Galo sent off a good shot on target. 43 minutes into the game, Julian Lorien recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Faustino Karmel. Julian Lorien showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Elias Bermund was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Holmberg's Emilio Dolfo got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Godfredo Mouricio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 53rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Faustino Karmel. Holmberg's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Julian Lorien might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Faustino Karmel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Julian Lorien ran back to his position shaking his head. After 56 minutes, Godfredo Mouricio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the La Máquina de River FC and the Holmberg players grew even worse after the yellow card. Godfredo Mouricio kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Domingo Hermelando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Erkut Hüdayioğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Narciso Galo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Elias Bermund took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Erkut Hüdayioğlu to make any attempt to save it. When Emilio Dolfo was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 85 minutes had been played. A collision led to Holmberg getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Emilio Dolfo hit a great ball. After 91 minutes, Isidro Ekialde mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Holmberg and the La Máquina de River FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 90th minute of the game. One of Holmberg:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of La Máquina de River FC:s goal. In the 93rd match minute, Holmberg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elias Bermund to maneuver through the defense. Domingo Hermelando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Elias Bermund received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Erkut Hüdayioğlu came out and tried to block the shot, but Elias Bermund slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 98th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Holmberg eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
