CLIO FUTBOL CLUB's Carl Hjortberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save CLIO FUTBOL CLUB from getting a goal against them. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lino Pere to make the kick off. Carl Hjortberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severo Joanes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Angel Rumaldo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Prospero Berart in the 79th minute. Prospero Berart fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angel Rumaldo having to interfere. After 91 minutes of play CLIO FUTBOL CLUB's Prospero Berart was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down.
