Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Leonides Franco kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd match minute, Temperley was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tiburcio Matai to maneuver through the defense. Jairo Barros didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edgard Formerio went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Melchor Asur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Jairo Barros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 12 played minutes Temperley got a freekick which was hit by Teobaldo Claus. The supporters of PUERTO ARGENTINO booed when Temperley was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Armando Gorbea didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Paolo Guerrero came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Temperley fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paolo Guerrero couldn't finish the play. Melchor Asur charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Melchor Asur the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Temperley booed when PUERTO ARGENTINO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Melchor Asur didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teobaldo Claus got a throw-in 24 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Felipe Niguel. 25 minutes into the match, PUERTO ARGENTINO's goal looked a bit too open when Paolo Guerrero came free, but Marciano Eleder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, PUERTO ARGENTINO's Marciano Eleder got control of the ball when Felipe Niguel tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 29th minute, Leonides Franco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jairo Barros was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Jairo Barros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonio Eyague in the 33rd minute of play. In the 40th minute, Paolo Guerrero fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. If Felipe Niguel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leonides Franco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Felipe Niguel made a kick off. PUERTO ARGENTINO's Antonio Eyague managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Teobaldo Claus in the 52 minute of the game. In the 52nd match minute, Temperley was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Di Carlo to maneuver through the defense. In the 54th minute, Leonides Franco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 58th minute Felipe Niguel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marciano Eleder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Temperley's zone, Leonides Franco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jairo Barros came out of the goal and Leonides Franco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 65 minutes into the match, Felipe Niguel notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of PUERTO ARGENTINO's Marciano Eleder. Marciano Eleder was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Edgard Formerio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marciano Eleder took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paolo Guerrero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Temperley getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Armando Gorbea hit a great ball. 79 minutes into the match, Temperley's goalkeeper Jairo Barros had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leonides Franco. If Felipe Niguel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 86 minutes into the match, Leonides Franco had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jairo Barros. Temperley's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leonides Franco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. Marciano Eleder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Niguel in the 91st minute of the match. Fernando Di Carlo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Felipe Niguel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. PUERTO ARGENTINO's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
