The audience was convinced that Alonzo Rios's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rolando Cordarrell was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. Ismael Mikolas kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Charlie Stamp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, TuVieja FC's Bartolo Azibar got a free kick in the 30th minute. Severiano Arotza kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

In the 53rd minute, Darius Abendroth hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 60 minutes into the match, TuVieja FC's goal looked a bit too open when Placido Perfecto came free, but Fidel Jakue reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Darius Abendroth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rolando Cordarrell came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by TuVieja FC's Alonzo Rios. But to his dismay, Alonzo Rios quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. TuVieja FC's Bartolo Azibar shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 70th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Rolando Cordarrell but with some difficulty. A collision led to TuVieja FC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Bernardino Azeari hit a great ball. In the 78th minute of the match Abelardo Gai sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fidel Jakue skillfully saved the ball. Darius Abendroth kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match.
