Genaro Fero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Victorino Phelipe made a huge save. Gogo Eli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfonso Corderun having to interfere. After 44 minutes, Niceto James made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Capdevila's Alfonso Corderun tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.

The wind increased when Niceto James made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Capdevila's goalkeeper Alfonso Corderun had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Niceto James. Ezequiel Haritz kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Adolfo Horado kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Niceto James had several of the Capdevila's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 62 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-3 score and a disappointed Alfonso Corderun as he didn't even see the shot coming. Alfonso Corderun was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Rogelio Lordi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 69 minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Niceto James managed to get in a good position for a shot. San lorenzo de Almagro's supporters rose to their feet, but Niceto James was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfonso Corderun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Florentino Esquipula was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 80 minutes into the match. Florentino Esquipula hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Alfonso Corderun made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lázaro Galo in the 82nd minute. After having played for 89 minutes, Epifanio Opilano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. San lorenzo de Almagro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Epifanio Opilano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 91st minute Niceto James shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfonso Corderun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rogelio Lordi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfonso Corderun having to interfere. Genaro Fero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Capdevila fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. San lorenzo de Almagro were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
