After 12 minutes of play, Argentinos del Sur's Anibal Rivas made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lucas Belmiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ladislao Orkatz in the 19th minute of the match. Aaron Bertol made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Baltasar Handi sent off a good shot on target. Rosendo Gaizkine struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Aaron Bertol didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for mundo canalla. Baltasar Handi had several of the Argentinos del Sur's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 23 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-1 score and a disappointed Aaron Bertol as he didn't even see the shot coming. 37 minutes into the match, mundo canalla's goal looked a bit too open when Pastor Todor came free, but Lucas Belmiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 38 played minutes Argentinos del Sur got a freekick which was hit by Joaquin Lorien. Anibal Rivas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucas Belmiro having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roman Nuxila in the 42nd minute of play forced mundo canalla's goalkeeper Lucas Belmiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anibal Rivas to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Pastor Todor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anibal Rivas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. The referee showed Jonny Cash the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, mundo canalla's Jonny Cash got a free kick in the 56th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anibal Rivas during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Anibal Rivas hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. In the 60th minute, Armando Etxatxu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ladislao Orkatz's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. Lucas Belmiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pastor Todor, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Simon Botello managed to get in a good position for a shot. mundo canalla's supporters rose to their feet, but Simon Botello was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aaron Bertol breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
