The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee ignored C.A.SISI's protests and gave Anastasio Tanio a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, C.A.SISI's Anastasio Tanio got a free kick in the 17th minute. Marco Gregory made in the 24th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Octavio Guerrero. When Cipriano Pepillo came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the C.A.SISI fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cipriano Pepillo couldn't finish the play. After 43 minutes, Elvio Romo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Estudiantes LP and the C.A.SISI players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Estudiantes LP getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Elvio Romo hit a great ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cipriano Pepillo was the one to do the kick off. When Anastasio Tanio was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 73 minutes had been played. In a very dangerous position, a player in C.A.SISI fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 72nd minute. Penalty! If Manuel Oihan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Efrain Azubeli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerardo Sansone in the 79th minute of the match. Cipriano Pepillos short, quick shot in the 80thth minute got Octavio Florin to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Manuel Oihan during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Estudiantes LP getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Manuel Oihan hit a great ball. In the 86th minute, Sixto Pierres ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Efrain Azubeli was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Sixto Pierres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Efrain Azubeli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Dalmacio Umbruso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Estudiantes LP had won after a very even match.
