In the 34th match minute, Urquiza FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcos Cordarrell to maneuver through the defense. In the 35th minute, Punta y Garron's Godfredo Nicholas ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Julio Casomiro. Julio Casomiro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Silvestre Ladio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Julio Casomiro made a huge save. 46 minutes into the match, Urquiza FC's Amador Belmiro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Teodosio Donaire narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Silvestre Ladio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Santo Claris charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Santo Claris the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amador Belmiro in the 54th minute of play forced Punta y Garron's goalkeeper Teodosio Donaire to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julio Casomiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Godfredo Nicholas in the 56th minute of the match. Teodosio Donaire took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amador Belmiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cleto Guillen during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Cleto Guillen hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. If Amador Belmiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
