Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Curapaligüé's Zeledon Berdoi started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Chipre F.C.'s goalkeeper Teodoro Tercero had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zeledon Berdoi. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruben Lleir in the 9th minute of play forced Chipre F.C.'s goalkeeper Teodoro Tercero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Curapaligüé's Jairo Llorian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Primitivo Cebo in the 12th minute of play. Anacleto Atauri might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jairo Llorian. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Anacleto Atauri ran back to his position shaking his head. Terrence Barrera recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zeledon Berdoi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodoro Tercero having to interfere. 26 minutes into the match, Curapaligüé's goal looked a bit too open when Primitivo Cebo came free, but Jairo Llorian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th match minute, Curapaligüé was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zeledon Berdoi to maneuver through the defense. Teodoro Tercero made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Zeledon Berdoi sent off a good shot on target. 34 minutes into the match, Chipre F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Raimundo Aznar came free, but Teodoro Tercero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 35thth minute of the game Primitivo Cebo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Curapaligüé's Jairo Llorian was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 37th minute, Primitivo Cebo made a precise shot to the right of Jairo Llorian. Curapaligüé's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Jairo Llorian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Primitivo Cebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. If Ruben Musko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Chipre F.C.'s Armando Fero quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Gaston Baumer, made in the 58th minute of the game. Anacleto Atauri's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jairo Llorian read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Chipre F.C.'s Primitivo Cebo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jairo Llorian. That made the score 0-2 after 62 minutes of play. 67 minutes into the game, one of Curapaligüé:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Jairo Llorian had in the 69thth minute some difficulties stopping Clodoveo Txartiko's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Chipre F.C.'s Silvio Caradaro was substituted for Ruben Musko. In the 71st match minute, Curapaligüé was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ruben Lleir to maneuver through the defense. Terrence Barrera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jairo Llorian having to interfere. After having played for 81 minutes, Terrence Barrera managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chipre F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Terrence Barrera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Chipre F.C.'s Anastasio James was substituted for Ovidio Baumar. After a long run with the ball, Domingos Buinton did a trick in the 87th minute in front of Chipre F.C.'s goalkeeper, who threw himself to the side. After that it was simple to shoot 1-2. An impressive performance by Curapaligüé's Domingos Buinton! In the 93rd minute, Zeledon Berdoi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 99th minute, Chipre F.C.'s Primitivo Cebo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jairo Llorian. Jairo Llorian yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. Chipre F.C.'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
