If Carlos Benet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Silvio Harri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvio Emesto having to interfere. 39 minutes into the match, Boca FC's goal looked a bit too open when Primitivo Txeru came free, but Alvaro Lapurdi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edgardo Etxahun's late challenge caught a Boca FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edgardo Etxahun helped the player get up and apologised. 42 minutes into the match, ASOC. ATL. RIOPLATENSE's goal looked a bit too open when Evaristo Gaueko came free, but Silvio Emesto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The wind increased when Primitivo Txeru made the kick off in the second half. Domingo Leguizamón's late challenge caught a Boca FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. In the 53rd minute, Domingo Leguizamón hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. ASOC. ATL. RIOPLATENSE's defense didn't have a chance, in the 56th minute, when Evaristo Gaueko scored to the left of an out of position Silvio Emesto, making the score, 0-4. Fabian Montez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Alvaro Lapurdi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Primitivo Txeru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvaro Lapurdi having to interfere. Silvio Emesto was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Carlos Benet showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 66 minute of play. Silvio Emesto made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Silvio Harri sent off a good shot on target. ASOC. ATL. RIOPLATENSE's Silvio Emesto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Benet in the 75th minute of play. Edgardo Etxahun was shown his second yellow card after 77 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 78th match minute, ASOC. ATL. RIOPLATENSE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgardo Etxahun to maneuver through the defense. Silvio Emesto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evaristo Gaueko, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. With a little luck, ASOC. ATL. RIOPLATENSE's Silvio Emesto got control of the ball when Silvio Harri tried to sneak it across the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, ASOC. ATL. RIOPLATENSE's goalkeeper Silvio Emesto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Silvio Harri. Silvio Emesto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Benet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in ASOC. ATL. RIOPLATENSE's zone, Carlos Benet stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silvio Emesto came out of the goal and Carlos Benet tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. ASOC. ATL. RIOPLATENSE's Silvio Emesto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Benet in the 93rd minute of play. Carlos Benet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Silvio Emesto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match was over Boca FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than ASOC. ATL. RIOPLATENSE throughout the match.
