When Dalmacio Chayo came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Sauzal AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dalmacio Chayo couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Conrado Garoa during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After having played for 91 minutes, Dalmacio Chayo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sauzal AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dalmacio Chayo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 92 minutes into the match, Sauzal AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Conrado Garoa came free, but Arturo Llorienzo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Conrado Garoa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Aldo Frans scored 5-1 in the 99th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arturo Llorienzo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Ciénaga players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
