Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Cleto Polo kicked off to start the match. If Ruperto Ospin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 14 minutes of play, Macomitas's Aquilino Gelacio made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Geronimo Aresti was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 21st minute, Abel Paul reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ricardo Oihenarte. The goal made the score 1-1. If Abel Paul had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 28 minutes, Herminio Manni mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Calera and the Macomitas players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Macomitas booed when Calera was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herminio Manni didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Macomitas's Placido Lesardo got a free kick in the 30th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cleto Polo in the 32nd minute of play forced Calera's goalkeeper Geronimo Aresti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Geronimo Aresti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cleto Polo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 36 minutes, Arsenio Francho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Calera's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arsenio Francho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Herminio Manni kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. 41 minutes into the game, Ruperto Ospin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Macomitas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Calera the free kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abel Paul got free with Ricardo Oihenarte in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abel Paul to make the kick off. If Arsenio Francho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 62 minutes into the match, Abel Paul had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ricardo Oihenarte. Macomitas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Abel Paul was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Cleto Polo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geronimo Aresti having to interfere. When Aquilino Gelacio fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Macomitas's protests and gave Aquilino Gelacio a yellow card for diving instead. After 79 played minutes Macomitas got a freekick which was hit by Aquilino Gelacio. Abel Paul scored 3-2 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ricardo Oihenarte, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Arsenio Francho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
