Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alejo Theodore started the match with the kick off. The supporters of River Plate booed when Cala y Bochi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ignacio Gaskon didn't get a good kick on the ball. 袁坚松 charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed 袁坚松 the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 6th match minute, Cala y Bochi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 袁坚松 to maneuver through the defense. Delmiro Nofre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Tiniebra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Gaspar Lucian came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Cala y Bochi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gaspar Lucian couldn't finish the play. 16 minutes into the game, Sebastian Tiniebra was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. River Plate's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cala y Bochi the free kick. A collision led to River Plate getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Sebastian Tiniebra hit a great ball. In the 20th minute, Cala y Bochi's Başar Öğüç ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marcelo Bartoleme. Marcelo Bartoleme yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Dionisio Patrido took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 25th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Marcelo Bartoleme. River Plate's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Marcelo Bartoleme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hector Aresti in the 27th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alejo Theodore during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, River Plate's Alejo Theodore got a free kick in the 29th minute. In the 32nd minute, Alejo Theodore ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Delmiro Nofre was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Delmiro Nofre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Tiniebra, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. After a rather tough play, River Plate's Leopoldo Grabiel got a free kick in the 41st minute. Gaspar Lucian could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Marcelo Bartoleme made a huge save. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Cala y Bochi's Evaristo Enmanuel was substituted for Enzo Gines. With a little luck, Cala y Bochi's Delmiro Nofre got control of the ball when Alejo Theodore tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 63rd minute, Emilio Jacindo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 67 minutes into the match, Cala y Bochi's Gaspar Lucian sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcelo Bartoleme narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 68th match minute, Cala y Bochi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Başar Öğüç to maneuver through the defense. If Sebastian Tiniebra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 86 minutes into the match, Cala y Bochi's goal looked a bit too open when Alejo Theodore came free, but Delmiro Nofre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 86 minutes, Mateo Urritz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cala y Bochi and the River Plate players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 86th minute, Mateo Urritz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Delmiro Nofre was out of position in the 88 minute of play, and Alejo Theodore capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alejo Theodore really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. The crowd rose to their feet as River Plate's Sebastian Tiniebra slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Delmiro Nofre. That made the score 1-3 after 96 minutes of play. River Plate played a much better game than Cala y Bochi and deserved their victory. The Cala y Bochi players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
