Ramon Macias stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Epifanio Sustrai's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. In the 10th minute, Narciso Dalmau hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Higuera's Sergio Lauren in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Jueya AFC's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Higuera booed when Jueya AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Epifanio Sustrai didn't get a good kick on the ball. Erdinç Kazım charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Erdinç Kazım the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Erdinç Kazım kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. With his leg Amado Ciano managed to avoid a goal in the 43rdth minute, when Higuera's Vladimiro Txatxu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 45 minutes into the match, Higuera's goal looked a bit too open when Epifanio Sustrai came free, but Ramon Macias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Epifanio Sustrai to make the kick off. Vladimiro Txatxu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amado Ciano having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Jacinto Corderun took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Ramon Macias to make any attempt to save it. After having played for 80 minutes, Narciso Dalmau managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jueya AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Narciso Dalmau was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Higuera's Ramon Macias got control of the ball when Epifanio Sustrai tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ramon Macias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Epifanio Sustrai, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute.
