In the 5th minute, Anacleto Calvino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Anier Olayo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Alejandro Senin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arsenio Ishmael in the 8th minute of the match. After 8 minutes, Clemente Sansone mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Altona and the CARNAVAL AURIAZUL players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 14th match minute, CARNAVAL AURIAZUL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pascual Primeiro to maneuver through the defense. Leonides Aztore blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Anacleto Ariando having to make a save. Alejandro Senin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arsenio Ishmael, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. CARNAVAL AURIAZUL's Anacleto Ariando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anier Olayo in the 24th minute of play. Anacleto Calvino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Anacleto Ariando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anacleto Calvino struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Anacleto Ariando didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Altona. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anier Olayo in the 37th minute of play forced CARNAVAL AURIAZUL's goalkeeper Anacleto Ariando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th minute, Rafael Gumaro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anacleto Calvino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anacleto Ariando having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anier Olayo in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anacleto Ariando saved CARNAVAL AURIAZUL from getting behind. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arsenio Ishmael to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Flavio Guib hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 56 minutes, Anier Olayo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Altona's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anier Olayo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Anacleto Ariando was a little too slow when Anier Olayo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 63rd minute. The score was now 0-2. 69 minutes into the match, Altona's goal looked a bit too open when Arsenio Ishmael came free, but Alejandro Senin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anacleto Calvino struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Anacleto Ariando didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Altona. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Anacleto Calvino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Altona's supporters rose to their feet, but Anacleto Calvino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anacleto Ariando breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 77 minutes into the match, Arsenio Ishmael notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Altona's Alejandro Senin. Alejandro Senin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rafael Gumaro hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Americo Llorienzo hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. 85 minutes into the game, Altona's Anier Olayo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Anacleto Ariando made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Jaime Mano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alejandro Senin having to interfere. Anacleto Calvino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 93 minutes into the match, CARNAVAL AURIAZUL's goal looked a bit too open when Anier Olayo came free, but Anacleto Ariando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The CARNAVAL AURIAZUL supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Altona's performance. The match ended with a win for Altona.
