The Fraga FC fans' excitement grew in the 29th match minute when Fraga FC's Silvano Etxepare looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Nestor Camerino came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by 11 Monstruos de RM's Ladislao Rocendo. But to his dismay, Ladislao Rocendo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After 40 played minutes 11 Monstruos de RM got a freekick which was hit by Honorio Belasko. After a rather tough play, 11 Monstruos de RM's Octavio Guilabertus got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Simon Olivar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aaron Clemencin, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Silvano Etxepare's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Simon Olivar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 49th minute of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Ladislao Rocendo managed to get in a good position for a shot. 11 Monstruos de RM's supporters rose to their feet, but Ladislao Rocendo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nestor Camerino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Silvano Etxepare sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. After a defensive mix-up in 11 Monstruos de RM's zone, Silvano Etxepare stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Simon Olivar came out of the goal and Silvano Etxepare tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
