A nice corner shot did that Primitivo Manex got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Pedro Coelho quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a little luck, Manantiales AFC's Pedro Coelho got control of the ball when Teobaldo Tristan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Valts Primaks was extremely unlucky when he, in the 14th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Manantiales AFC were furious when Hugo Chesus was red carded, 17 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 16th minute of the game. One of Manantiales AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Hacendados Oligarcas:s goal. Hacendados Oligarcas's Svens Brumelis quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Maximo Beat, made in the 22nd minute of the game. Valts Primaks struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Pedro Coelho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hacendados Oligarcas. Valts Primaks sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 32 minutes into the game, Manantiales AFC's Elpidio Nuxila nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Victorio Gaufred made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. If Ayrton Senna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nunez Tohias was the one to do the kick off. Elpidio Nuxila's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Victorio Gaufred read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. Elpidio Nuxila was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 54th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 57th minute, Elpidio Nuxila got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Manantiales AFC's zone, Valts Primaks stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Coelho came out of the goal and Valts Primaks tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Teobaldo Tristan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pedro Coelho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valts Primaks, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Victorio Gaufred made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Leonardo Pere sent off a good shot on target. In the 71stth minute of the game Elpidio Nuxila who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hacendados Oligarcas's Victorio Gaufred was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Hacendados Oligarcas's Nunez Tohias got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Manantiales AFC's Arturo Viator was substituted for Elpidio Nuxila. The supporters of Manantiales AFC booed when Hacendados Oligarcas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vecdet Suni didn't get a good kick on the ball. Manantiales AFC's Marcelo Noe was substituted for Marcos Dalmau. Vecdet Suni hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Manantiales AFC's Edelmiro Abilio tried to score from far away in the 87th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Nunez Tohias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Arturo Viator's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Victorio Gaufred read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. The Hacendados Oligarcas manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Manantiales AFC to win.
