Rosendo Abel kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Tiburcio Rolado managed to get in a good position for a shot. La VaGanCia F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Tiburcio Rolado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luciano Galtero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 41 minutes, Feliciano Poncio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La VaGanCia F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Feliciano Poncio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Anibal Guilabertus struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Luciano Galtero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La VaGanCia F.C. In the 45th match minute, La VaGanCia F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florian Apicella to maneuver through the defense. Rosendo Abel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gaudencio Iratzeder having to make a save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rosendo Abel was the one to do the kick off. Celedonio Galoer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luciano Galtero read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. Nío AFC's Raimundo Geleberto shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 61st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Gaudencio Iratzeder but with some difficulty. Luciano Galtero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anibal Guilabertus in the 65th minute of play. Celedonio Galoer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Feliciano Poncio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luciano Galtero having to interfere. In the 79th minute Anibal Guilabertus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luciano Galtero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anibal Guilabertus kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Constantino Palben received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celedonio Galoer in the 88th minute of play forced Nío AFC's goalkeeper Luciano Galtero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 90th match minute, La VaGanCia F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joaquim Chaves to maneuver through the defense. Gaudencio Iratzeder made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Constantino Palben sent off a good shot on target. Froilan Gaizkine fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaudencio Iratzeder having to interfere. 97 minutes into the game, Celedonio Raitin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nío AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La VaGanCia F.C the free kick. La VaGanCia F.C walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
