Filiberto George was out of position in the 9 minute of play, and Carlos Che capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Carlos Che really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. After having played for 11 minutes, Guillermo Canor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. aguasbuenas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guillermo Canor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 12 played minutes aguasbuenas got a freekick which was hit by Nicanor Pepillo. Carlos Ches short, quick shot in the 15thth minute got Filiberto George to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Through an outstanding action, after 17 minutes, Filiberto George successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Carlos Che made a kick off. With a little luck, aguasbuenas's Elvio Sazon got control of the ball when Victor Piarres tried to sneak it across the goal line. Carlos Che sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Filiberto George made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Che in the 92nd minute of play. aguasbuenas walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
