Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Vural Arslanoğlu kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, Pigüé's Alonzo Lia got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Gilberto Nazario came free in the 5th minute and tried to tip the ball over Fabricio Llorian, but to the joy of Pigüé's supporters the ball hit the crossbar and out. Pascual Argider showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vural Arslanoğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. A collision led to Pigüé getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Vural Arslanoğlu hit a great ball. Bruno Mendebal charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bruno Mendebal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gilberto Nazario walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. In the 25th minute, Santos Erramu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pascual Argider showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vural Arslanoğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 35th minute Vural Arslanoğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pascual Argider saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Argentino Rosario's zone, Vural Arslanoğlu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pascual Argider came out of the goal and Vural Arslanoğlu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 45th minute, Jacinto Enekoitz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pigüé fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.
The wind increased when Sandro Galego made the kick off in the second half. After 55 minutes Argentino Rosario's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luisito Viator who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Pigüé's Luisito Viator to fire away a dangerous shot which Pascual Argider despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 57th minute, Sandro Galego left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Argentino Rosario fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The supporters of Argentino Rosario booed when Pigüé was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angelo Gomez didn't get a good kick on the ball.
