Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Blas Oier took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute of the match, Filiberto Colas got a very nice opportunity to score, but Tiburcio Sazon was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The supporters of Asturias booed when Grüttly was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Melchor Hegoi didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Grüttly's Nemesio Peyo got a free kick in the 8th minute. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Filiberto Colas took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Tiburcio Sazon to make any attempt to save it. Asturias's Urbano Luix quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Adrian Bernabel, made in the 15th minute of the game. Americo Egoitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Urbano Luix, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Melchor Hegoi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Grüttly's supporters rose to their feet, but Melchor Hegoi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tiburcio Sazon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Americo Egoitz came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Asturias's Camilo Transito. But to his dismay, Camilo Transito quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Tiburcio Sazon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filiberto Colas in the 25th minute of the match. Tiburcio Sazon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filiberto Colas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 26 minutes into the match, Grüttly's Melchor Hegoi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tiburcio Sazon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 27th minute, Norberto Tartalo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 29 minutes of play, Asturias's Reynaldo Seco made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Americo Egoitz was left in no man's land by his defense there! With 33 minutes on the clock, Gaston Sotero commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 34 played minutes Grüttly got a freekick which was hit by Gaston Sotero. 35 minutes into the match, Asturias's Ramiro Fernandez broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Americo Egoitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramiro Fernandez, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Americo Egoitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Camilo Transito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Damaso Matei blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Americo Egoitz having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Grüttly's Blas Oier got a free kick in the 40th minute. After some careless play in the Grüttly defense, Reynaldo Seco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Americo Egoitz. The Grüttly fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Americo Egoitz should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Camilo Transito in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Americo Egoitz saved Grüttly from getting behind. The Grüttly players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Asturias were winning 1-3.

52 minutes into the game, Camilo Transito recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Americo Egoitz. Camilo Transito showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. Americo Egoitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reynaldo Seco in the 55th minute of play. In the 58th minute Reynaldo Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Americo Egoitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Generoso Frederik charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Generoso Frederik the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Americo Egoitz made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Ramiro Fernandez sent off a good shot on target. After 67 played minutes Asturias got a freekick which was hit by Norberto Tartalo. In the 69th minute, Filiberto Colas sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Asturias's Tiburcio Sazon didn't even have to move. An unexpectedly hard shot by Blas Oier in the 73rd minute of play forced Asturias's goalkeeper Tiburcio Sazon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Americo Egoitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Ugaitz in the 75th minute of play. Prudencio Pueblo made in the 79th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Generoso Frederik however managed to control. 82 minutes into the match, Asturias's goal looked a bit too open when Blas Oier came free, but Tiburcio Sazon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 86th minute, Marcelo Tancredo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Americo Egoitz. The goal made the score 1-6. Americo Egoitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reynaldo Seco, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Tomas Ugaitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Americo Egoitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Grüttly's Americo Egoitz got control of the ball when Marcelo Tancredo tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Asturias left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Grüttly.
