Danilo Manex charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Danilo Manex the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Institutionale FC booed when Ambul AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Adrio didn't get a good kick on the ball. 9 minutes into the game, Rogelio Ortle cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Corneliu Ferent was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Corneliu Ferent showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rogelio Ortle in the 15th minute of the match. Corneliu Ferent made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rogelio Ortle in the 16th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Ambul AFC's Desiderio Argi got a free kick in the 17th minute. Feliciano Banegas came free with the goalkeeper in the 19th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Erasmo Nazario could save by the left post. Institutionale FC's Rogelio Ortle got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 25th minute, Jorge Adrio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Leonides Tirso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Corneliu Ferent showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eşref İbiş in the 36th minute of the match. Eşref İbiş fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Corneliu Ferent having to interfere. Rogelio Ortle scored 0-3 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Corneliu Ferent, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Feliciano Banegas to strike the kick off in the second half. Rogelio Ortle struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Corneliu Ferent didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Institutionale FC. Eşref İbiş received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Corneliu Ferent tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Feliciano Banegas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ambul AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Feliciano Banegas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erasmo Nazario breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonides Tirso in the 65th minute of play forced Institutionale FC's goalkeeper Erasmo Nazario to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th minute, Leonides Tirso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Erasmo Nazario was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. The audience was convinced that Rogelio Ortle's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Corneliu Ferent was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. A hard shot 76 in the game by Rogelio Ortle from a close distance when the talented Corneliu Ferent managed to make a qualified save. Ambul AFC's players were relieved. Feliciano Banegas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erasmo Nazario having to interfere. When Modesto Ortzi fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Institutionale FC's protests and gave Modesto Ortzi a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Institutionale FC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Modesto Ortzi hit a great ball. Feliciano Banegas scored 2-3 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Erasmo Nazario, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Ambul AFC's Cornelio Ganix got a free kick in the 87th minute. Erasmo Nazario stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leonides Tirso's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. Institutionale FC's Erasmo Nazario played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonides Tirso in the 96th minute of play. Although Ambul AFC had been in control for most of the match, Institutionale FC still came away with the win.
