Erasmo Lekubegi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael Iliana in the 14th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Estudiantes LP's Laureano Boniel got a free kick in the 17th minute. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gavino Enekoitz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Estudiantes LP's Fernan Eder got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Gavino Enekoitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erasmo Lekubegi having to interfere. cucopulpos's Gavino Enekoitz was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 59th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After a rather tough play, cucopulpos's Aaron Lucila got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Paulo Diniz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Lawrence, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Simon Bihar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Erasmo Lekubegi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paulo Diniz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 87 minutes into the match, Estudiantes LP's goal looked a bit too open when Gavino Enekoitz came free, but Erasmo Lekubegi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
