Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Jânio Salgado started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After some fancy dribbling in the 2nd minute, Mateo Benvide managed to get in a good position for a shot. BH Rafaela's supporters rose to their feet, but Mateo Benvide was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Domingo Gurutz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Nicanor Maraman put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Domingo Gurutz. In the 9th minute, Nicanor Maraman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BH Rafaela fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 13th minute, Nicanor Maraman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Domingo Gurutz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. 24 minutes into the match, Viscarra de la Plata's goal looked a bit too open when Nicanor Maraman came free, but Domingo Gurutz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Santos Favila got free with Honorio Bastian in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Jânio Salgado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 31 minutes into the game, Jimeno Benino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BH Rafaela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Viscarra de la Plata the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in BH Rafaela fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 30th minute. Penalty! Domingo Gurutz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mario Cuarto in the 37th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mario Cuarto in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Domingo Gurutz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 46 minutes into the match, Viscarra de la Plata's goal looked a bit too open when Nicanor Maraman came free, but Domingo Gurutz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Domingo Gurutz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicanor Maraman in the 48th minute of the match. After the first half BH Rafaela were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nicanor Maraman was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Viscarra de la Plata's goal looked a bit too open when Santiago Jax came free, but Domingo Gurutz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jânio Salgado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Viscarra de la Plata booed when BH Rafaela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jimeno Benino didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 60 minutes, Ismael Abel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Viscarra de la Plata's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ismael Abel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Domingo Gurutz made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Nicanor Maraman sent off a good shot on target. When Mario Cuarto came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the BH Rafaela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mario Cuarto couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Viscarra de la Plata's Domingo Gurutz got control of the ball when Nicanor Maraman tried to sneak it across the goal line. Domingo Gurutz was out of position in the 70 minute of play, and Jimeno Benino capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jimeno Benino really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nicanor Maraman in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Domingo Gurutz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nicanor Maraman who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 74thth minute tested the skills of Domingo Gurutz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 76 played minutes BH Rafaela got a freekick which was hit by Santiago Jax. 86 minutes into the game, Santiago Jax recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Domingo Gurutz. Santiago Jax showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. 90 minutes into the game, BH Rafaela's Nicanor Maraman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Domingo Gurutz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. When %teams%'s Nicanor Maraman was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 0-8 just inside the left pole, 97 minutes into the game. Domingo Gurutz was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. BH Rafaela's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
