Poblet FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zeledon Quentin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 10th minute, Roberto Txanton made a precise shot to the right of Isaias Benino. Poblet FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Feliciano Venceslas fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 14th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. In the 18th minute, Acostillas FC's Roberto Txanton dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. After a rather tough play, Acostillas FC's Ovidio Gau got a free kick in the 21st minute. Bernardino Endira made in the 23rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Casimiro Egun however managed to control. An unexpectedly hard shot by Casimiro Egun in the 25th minute of play forced Poblet FC's goalkeeper Isaias Benino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isaias Benino was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Casimiro Egun showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 27 minute of play. Feliciano Venceslas came free in the 31st minute and tried to tip the ball over Hipolito Iban, but to the joy of Acostillas FC's supporters the ball went over. Elpidio Javiar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Hipolito Iban tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Acostillas FC's Casimiro Egun got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zeledon Quentin struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Isaias Benino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Acostillas FC. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Casimiro Egun made a kick off. Poblet FC's Isaias Benino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roberto Txanton in the 51st minute of play. Isaias Benino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zeledon Quentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. After a rather tough play, Poblet FC's Elpidio Javiar got a free kick in the 55th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Ovidio Gau managed to get in a good position for a shot. Acostillas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ovidio Gau was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isaias Benino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Isaias Benino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mauricio Eduino, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. In the 75th minute Roberto Txanton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaias Benino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Isaias Benino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauricio Eduino in the 81st minute of the match. 84 minutes into the match, Poblet FC's goal looked a bit too open when Casimiro Egun came free, but Isaias Benino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Elpidio Javiar hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Isaias Benino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roberto Txanton in the 92nd minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart.
