Feliciano Venceslas fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 37th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elpidio Javiar got free with İlkan Acunman in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Daniel Eliazar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ēriks Zaļakmens was the one to do the kick off. In the 57th minute, Leonel Alvarez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. F.C. Ballester's Santo Figueroa was substituted for Marciano Iago. Daniel Eliazar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of F.C. Ballester booed when Poblet FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damian Licerio didn't get a good kick on the ball. With 72 minutes on the clock, Santo Figueroa commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 71 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. Daniel Eliazar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Isaias Benino made a huge save.
