Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Cabituyo's Emiliano Videl started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Edgard Firme managed to get in a good position for a shot. Furia Azulgrana's supporters rose to their feet, but Edgard Firme was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dario Jaen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Edgard Firme's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dario Jaen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. In the 14th match minute, Cabituyo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reynaldo Palos to maneuver through the defense. Edgard Firme who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 24thth minute tested the skills of Dario Jaen when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Basilio Oihan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Dario Jaen made a huge save. Edgard Firme recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cabituyo's goalkeeper Dario Jaen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 43rd minute Edgard Firme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dario Jaen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Cabituyo getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Reynaldo Palos hit a great ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

If Arturo Pitin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 53 minutes, Reynaldo Palos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cabituyo and the Furia Azulgrana players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Furia Azulgrana booed when Cabituyo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reynaldo Palos didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Furia Azulgrana's Gabriel Behe got a free kick in the 55th minute. In the 57th minute, Edgard Firme ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dario Jaen was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. In the 61st minute, Carolo Demario hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 63rd minute, Edgard Firme got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Edgard Firme struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Dario Jaen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Furia Azulgrana. In the 69th minute, Basilio Oihan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dario Jaen was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edgard Firme in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dario Jaen saved Cabituyo from getting behind. If Emiliano Videl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gustavo Pasqual sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 84 minutes into the game, Elvio Mitxel threw the ball into play from the sideline. Cabituyo's Cesar Hermelando quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The audience was convinced that Edgard Firme's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dario Jaen was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. In the 96th minute, Emiliano Videl got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Furia Azulgrana fans cheered their team off the field, for while Cabituyo had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
