In the 26th match minute, Bengolea FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elias Charro to maneuver through the defense. In the 33rd minute, Isac Ekegren left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bengolea FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Isac Ekegren was the one to do the kick off. Damaso Azubeli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Froilan Pelagius in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 54th minute, Tegua FC's Robustiano Hegoi seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Robustiano Hegoi the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Tegua FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Robustiano Hegoi had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Celestino Laurendi scored 4-3 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Damaso Azubeli, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Anibal Sidoro got a throw-in 68 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Celestino Laurendi. Delmar Dubardo's late challenge caught a Tegua FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Delmar Dubardo helped the player get up and apologised. Celso Raulo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Isac Ekegren showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-4 in the 79 minute of play. Roberto Tipi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Celso Raulo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Celestino Laurendi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
