Leon Viviano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jimeno Laffitte having to interfere. Jimeno Laffitte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teobaldo Gartzen in the 17th minute of play. Augusto Luix fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roman Chap having to interfere. 23 minutes into the match, Atletico de Perros's goal looked a bit too open when Cirilo Ieltxu came free, but Roman Chap reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
