Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ionut Chiriac made the kick off which started today's match. In the 2nd match minute, Melero was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abelardo Handi to maneuver through the defense. Hermengildo Tximitx made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Diamantino Sá sent off a good shot on target. 10 minutes into the game, Anselmo Bazkoare recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Hermengildo Tximitx. Anselmo Bazkoare showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 2-0 came through a penalty shot after 15 played minutes, when Melero:s Rogério Magalhães calmly waited for Mitre:s goalkeeper to move before he rolled in the ball by the right post. After a defensive mix-up in Melero's zone, Eurico Marques stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Prudencio Romelio came out of the goal and Eurico Marques tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hermengildo Tximitx didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Diamantino Sá went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. 30 minutes into the match, Melero's goal looked a bit too open when Ionut Chiriac came free, but Prudencio Romelio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mitre's Hermengildo Tximitx played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anselmo Bazkoare in the 33rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eurico Marques in the 37th minute of play forced Melero's goalkeeper Prudencio Romelio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hermengildo Tximitx made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anselmo Bazkoare in the 39th minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Diamantino Sá ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hermengildo Tximitx was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Anselmo Bazkoare made the kick off in the second half. Anselmo Bazkoare hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Mitre's Hermengildo Tximitx played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anselmo Bazkoare in the 63rd minute of play. Hermengildo Tximitx showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abelardo Handi in the 64th minute of the match. Prudencio Romelio made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Eurico Marques sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Melero getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Björgmundur Sigurjónsson hit a great ball. Melero's Prudencio Romelio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Melero from getting a goal against them. Diamantino Sá sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Anselmo Bazkoare scored 5-0 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hermengildo Tximitx, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 84th minute Abelardo Handi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hermengildo Tximitx saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anselmo Bazkoare in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hermengildo Tximitx prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Diamantino Sá took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hermengildo Tximitx. Hermengildo Tximitx dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. In the 93rd minute, Diamantino Sá ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hermengildo Tximitx was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Melero fans cheered their team off the field, for while Mitre had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
