The Ledesma fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. The supporters of Ledesma booed when Tristan Suarez was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marciano Rolado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Celestino Lohitzun kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Cosme Galsino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Atilano Sandaili came out of the goal and Mariano Oinatz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 41 played minutes Tristan Suarez got a freekick which was hit by Aureliano Eudoxio. After some careless play in the Tristan Suarez defense, Cosme Galsino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Atilano Sandaili. The Tristan Suarez fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Atilano Sandaili should have stopped the shot. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gualterio Botello to make the kick off. If Gualterio Botello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 58 minutes into the match, Ledesma's goal looked a bit too open when Aureliano Eudoxio came free, but Jorge Bizi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
