Marcin Fabiszak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clemente Erlantz in the 11th minute of play. 12 minutes into the game, Tomás Mincho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Marcin Fabiszak was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cipriano Rico hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Marcin Fabiszak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Izotz in the 19th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jorge Izotz during the 24th minute. After 28 played minutes Lagartony got a freekick which was hit by Felix Quilino. Marcial Iztal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Damian Ciceron having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Club SyD CEAF's Adan Medina got a free kick in the 31st minute. Damian Ciceron showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arturo Stanislao, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. If Marcial Iztal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Damian Ciceron stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arturo Stanislao's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. 42 minutes into the match, Club SyD CEAF's goal looked a bit too open when Cipriano Rico came free, but Marcin Fabiszak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, Arturo Stanislao dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Damian Ciceron, 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomás Mincho to strike the kick off in the second half. When Arturo Stanislao came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Club SyD CEAF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arturo Stanislao couldn't finish the play. Arturo Stanislao received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Damian Ciceron tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Lagartony's zone, Arturo Stanislao stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Damian Ciceron came out of the goal and Arturo Stanislao tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 64 minutes of play, Club SyD CEAF's Arturo Stanislao made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Damian Ciceron was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 67th minute, Marcial Iztal made a precise shot to the right of Damian Ciceron. Lagartony's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Marcial Iztal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. If Arturo Stanislao had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 95 minutes, Marcial Iztal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club SyD CEAF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcial Iztal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
