In the 13th minute Enzo Ishmael shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Candido Munio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13th match minute, Goldney City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pablo Marin to maneuver through the defense. Placido Sandaili scored 2-1 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Geronimo Lucian, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 28 played minutes Socoscora FC got a freekick which was hit by Enzo Ishmael. In the 30th minute Placido Sandaili shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geronimo Lucian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Socoscora FC were furious when Ovidio Suero was red carded, 31 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 30th minute, one of Socoscora FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Socoscora FC. 37 minutes into the game, Goldney City's Placido Sandaili nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Geronimo Lucian made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. The Goldney City fans' excitement grew in the 41st match minute when Goldney City's Placido Sandaili looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 3-3 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Placido Sandaili to make the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Feliberto Eriz during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 68th minute Placido Sandaili shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geronimo Lucian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Socoscora FC's Feliberto Eriz got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Geronimo Lucian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Placido Sandaili, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Pablo Marin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pablo Marin got free with Geronimo Lucian in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 92 minutes into the match, Socoscora FC's goal looked a bit too open when Placido Sandaili came free, but Geronimo Lucian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Goldney City players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
