The audience thought a goal was coming when Roberto Kelemen got free with Aldo Maule in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Candido Otsoa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benjamin Guerau in the 10th minute of the match. Los Anticanallas's Candido Otsoa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamin Guerau in the 12th minute of play. Aldo Maule made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roberto Kelemen in the 14th minute. Moises Lugo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benjamin Guerau in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Candido Otsoa saved Los Anticanallas from getting behind. Roberto Kelemen's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 23rdth minute, Aldo Maule skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 24th minute Guido Oliverio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aldo Maule saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roberto Kelemen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 32 minutes into the match, Los Anticanallas's goal looked a bit too open when Moises Lugo came free, but Candido Otsoa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 40 minutes, Moises Lugo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atl. Doña Clotilde's supporters crossed their fingers, but Moises Lugo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin Guerau in the 42nd minute of play forced Los Anticanallas's goalkeeper Candido Otsoa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 44th minute, Moises Lugo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Atl. Doña Clotilde fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Guido Oliverio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Moises Lugo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Candido Otsoa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aldo Maule showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roberto Kelemen in the 61st minute of the match. Candido Otsoa didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 62nd minute, which inside left pole to 1-2. Through an outstanding action, after 66 minutes, Candido Otsoa successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Aldo Maule stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Roberto Kelemen's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. When Hugo Cebrian fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Atl. Doña Clotilde's protests and gave Hugo Cebrian a yellow card for diving instead. After 71 played minutes Club Atl. Doña Clotilde got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Cebrian. After 72 minutes of play, Los Anticanallas's Guido Oliverio made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aldo Maule was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Guido Oliverio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 85 played minutes Los Anticanallas got a freekick which was hit by Roberto Kelemen. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benjamin Guerau in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Candido Otsoa saved Los Anticanallas from getting behind. Candido Otsoa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benjamin Guerau, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 94 minutes into the match, Roberto Kelemen notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Club Atl. Doña Clotilde's Aldo Maule. Aldo Maule was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Club Atl. Doña Clotilde's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
