After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Flavio Salomone managed to get in a good position for a shot. Comodoro Lavalle AC's supporters rose to their feet, but Flavio Salomone was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aurelio Berenguer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Talamuyana AFC's Aurelio Berenguer got control of the ball when Flavio Salomone tried to sneak it across the goal line. Daniel Txindoki hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. In the 30th minute, Filomeno Milian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Siro Aznar hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. It was beautiful to see Comodoro Lavalle AC's Laureano Lluciano in action when he in the 45th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

After a rather tough play, Comodoro Lavalle AC's Carolo Rojelio got a free kick in the 52nd minute. A collision led to Talamuyana AFC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Raul Lertxun hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Comodoro Lavalle AC's zone, Patricio Pueblo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ezequiel Frascuelo came out of the goal and Patricio Pueblo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Matias Raulo in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aurelio Berenguer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 66th minute Matias Raulo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurelio Berenguer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Talamuyana AFC's Aurelio Berenguer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matias Raulo in the 70th minute of play. In the 74thth minute of the game Matias Raulo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Talamuyana AFC's Aurelio Berenguer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matias Raulo in the 76th minute of play forced Talamuyana AFC's goalkeeper Aurelio Berenguer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A throw-in in the 85th minute of the game was made by Eriberto Malvin with Evaristo Nayely as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 91st match minute, Talamuyana AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patricio Pueblo to maneuver through the defense. Filomeno Milian was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 94 minutes into the match. After 94 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Comodoro Lavalle AC! In the 98th minute there was a penalty for Talamuyana AFC. Patricio Pueblo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ezequiel Frascuelo. 1-1.
